Housing Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Earn at least 2x the monthly rent from:
    • Employment income
    • Social Security benefits
    • VA benefits
  • OR be sponsored by a government or nonprofit organization

Room Options & Pricing

  • Furnished Semi-Private Room (Shared Room) – Starting at $700 per month
  • Private Single Room – Starting at $900 per month
  • $200 Non-Refundable Processing Fee

All rooms are furnished and designed to provide safe, stable independent housing.

How to Apply

  2. We verify your information
  3. We contact you to schedule a house visit
  4. Visit the property and review available rooms
  5. Submit your first month’s rent + processing fee
  6. Move in!
